The problem

Panshi is an award-winning Indian restaurant based in Staffordshire, known for its authentic flavours and exceptional service. While the restaurant had loyal dine-in customers, they wanted to reach more local audiences online, increase bookings, and promote their achievements — especially after winning the Best Indian Restaurant in Staffordshire at the Euro Asia Curry Awards 2024. However, their social media presence was inconsistent, and they didn’t have a clear strategy to showcase their food, events, or customer reviews effectively.

The solution

Kivein stepped in with a full content strategy focused on visibility and engagement. We began by auditing their online presence and gave their existing logo a subtle facelift — improving visibility across social media and aligning it better with the restaurant’s colour theme. From there, we created a monthly content calendar featuring branded social media posts, promotional graphics, and locally targeted campaigns. As part of the package, we also provided regular on-site photo and video shoots to showcase their food, atmosphere, and customer experience authentically. All content was designed to reflect the restaurant’s personality — warm, high-quality, and community-driven.

The results

Within the first few weeks, Panshi saw a visible increase in page followers, post engagement, and direct table bookings via their online platforms. Their award win gained more attention, and customer reviews started flowing in more regularly. With consistent visuals and a stronger online presence, Panshi is now positioned as not just a place to eat — but a local favourite to experience.
